I agree with fellow reviewers, this place has the hands down best service in the city. That alone should garner the great reviews Charleston deserves. Probably Baltimore's best shot at a Michelin starred restaurant, but will unlikely ever happen. If you don't have deep pockets, don't go, quite expensive. Great...

Great food, top shelf service, and a great atmosphere make this a contender for the best in the city.

I love this place. Great German traditional food. The one drawback is the decour. It seems like you are in someone's club basement, not a German beer hall. It would have been nice to have some great German beers on tap. I'll definatly be back in late September, and October to get back in touch with my roots.
