B Bistro
Neighborhood: Bolton Hill Category: American (New)b has been, and remains my favorite restaurant in Baltimore. You can count on the polenta, scallops, and risotto being fantastic. The wine list is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable enough to make great recommendations.
