I work next door, so I was very excited about the opening of the new Abbey Burger Bistro. I went tonight (11/11) for a soft opening with a limited menu. The bar was fully stocked, minus the wine (wine vendor hasn't visited yet) but my draft beer was delicious. The bartender Rob was super cool and very helpful, and the atmosphere was laid back and very nice. Lots of seating and areas to stand during sporting events, with big flat screen TVs.

Although it was a limited menu tonight, the food was EXCELLENT. I had the bison burger which included onion rings (on the burger) and homemade chips on the side. The burger was cooked to perfection on a buttery roll, and it was also HUGE. Great value for $9.

I can't wait to see what the full menu has in store, and I couldn't be happier that they chose our alley to set up shop!
