Incredibly inept service is AT's weak point. Their food is good and occasionally very good (albeit overpriced; but alas, so it goes in Fells Point). Their weirdly segmented seating arrangements and unlockable bathroom door all scream, "original!" So all in all, not a terrible experience.

Safeway gets three stars because the very concept of a supermarket is still an impressive one. Otherwise, it's the worst supermarket ever. I can't get spinach past the front door without it going bad.

I don't know where Pizza and Wing Factory is. I don't know who runs it or what foods other than pizza they offer. But I do know, when I want an excellent, inexpensive pizza, these are the guys I call. They (eventually) show up, knock on my neighbor's door, and after some brief confusion, everyone has pizza.
