Neighborhood: Downtown/Inner Harbor Category: VietnameseThe service is not particularly fast here, but it is the best Vietnamese food I have had in the United States. They seem a little bit slow because they are always jam packed with people and are trying to figure out how to deal with their new popularity. This is super casual, great food and BYOB.

The only table they had to go along with our 8am reservation was dirty, under and air vent and required us to sit on a padded floor. That doesn't work to well if the ladies in your party...

The only table they had to go along with our 8am reservation was dirty, under and air vent and required us to sit on a padded floor. That doesn't work to well if the ladies in your party have skirts on.
So we moved to the bar, where the bartender was very nice but due to some policy he couldn't serve us food. There were 10 empty seats at the bar so clearly space wasn't an issue.
About an hour later we got moved to a table. The food was just OK. My martini came in a cracked glass. I asked for a new glass and was given one with food stuck to it.
There are lots of other good food options in the area to check out before you waste your time here.
