YES! Baltimore Cupcake Company totally wins over all those other cupcakeries around town. My personal fave is the red velvet, but pumpkin amaretto sounds amazing! I also recall one with chunks of brownie actually in the icing... mmm, now I really have to go try that cupcake happy hour.
