AWFUL customer service,try Two Boots instead.

Have now had 2 bad experiences in a row. (1) ordered pizza and paid for it with Master Card, they delivered the WRONG pizza and refused to refund my money (called manager several times over the next week, finally had to get refund from my credit card company). (2) ordered pizza at 7pm and it was delivered at 9:15pm (after one hour I called them several times and they repeatedly LIED to me about the delivery).

I live in Pigtowne only a few Blocks from Zella's, I haven't had Good Lasagna in a while, about 9 hours ago...from Zella's...hehehe. They Have about the best veggie lasagna in the area. Full of Flavor and Extremely Satisfying. And there Pizza Bread is AWWWSOOMMMEE!! The Calzones are KICK @$$ TOO!

BELIEVE ME IT IS ALL GOOD AT ZELLA'S!!!

I live in Union Square (SOWEBO) and Zella's has been a godsend to our community. We litterally had no place to walk to and eat, drink, hangout with neighbors. Thanks to owners Julie & Jim, who like myself moved up from DC, for bringing the tastiest pizza in Baltimore. We use to hike over to Matthews, not anymore. Gourmet pizza at its best. Ingredients are especially fresh, they must use organic, and the new bar mgr really created a lively and comfortable atmosphere, especially during the recent held "Debate night" gatherings. The owners have also partnered with SOWEBO Artists and have created a artsy atmosphere where you can enjoy the incrediable pizza crust, an array of skillfully created salads, fabulous and generous sandwiches. The cool thing about the salads is that they include a slice of white pizza/ or garlic. They recently opened up a full bar and have a great microbrew selection. After you have engulfed the delectable main dish, try a canole for desert. You'll have to share, their generous also. We love this place because they love serving people.

We ordered Zellas Pizza take-out. The service was outstanding with the driver arriving ahead of schedule.

The pizza itself contained fresh toppings with crust that was freshly made & appropriate thickness. It was cooked to perfection.

I highly recommend Zellas for a late-night pizza over Papa Johns. Not only are you supporting a local business, but you also receive a superior product.

I've tried almost every item on the menu now, easy to do when I eat in or order delivery at least twice a week (and sometimes twice in a single day). It's THAT good. Whether you are in the mood for pizza and beer or a three-course meal with wine, Zellas has it all. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices. Local artists' work is always on display, rotated out monthly I think. First place I went to when I moved into the area. Last place I will ever go for pizza again!

Hands down, the best pizza in the city. How they've remained undiscovered by the majority of our fair city is beyond me.

Oh, and they have a full bar...which is nice.

I'm a weekly regular to the establishment in Hollins Market, the growing side of West Baltimore. The dough for the pizzas, calzones, and sandwiches is the perfect consistency, making you want to save your crust for dipping in sweet and tangy marinara. Try the feta triangles! Out of this world.
