Obviously I used to be a HUGE fan of Usha but they really disappointed me recently! I ran in on a Saturday to get a gift certificate for my sister's bday. There were 3 people working at the Fed Hill location and NONE of them knew how to sell a gift certificate! One girl asked if I could come back on Tuesday. Considering I just moved to VA, it would be impossible to go back during the week. Terrible customer service. I'm sure some people would disagree with me but I feel like that's enough to stop giving them my business, which I still would do because I am in Baltimore almost every weekend.

I go to the Towson location on E. Joppa Road and they do an amazing job on my eyebrows. I was reluctant to try threading but now I will never go back to waxing! It is only $12 for eyebrow threading which is great considering the outstanding job they do. You're done in under 10 minutes but they really take their time and make your brows look perfect. They have all the other standard salon and spa services as well. They also did a great job on a haircut I had done there.
