Best Tortillas.

Went here for a quick bite when my family was in town, and was very impressed. We got some chicken and carnitas tacos, and the chicken quesadilla. While I've heard people rave about the carnitas, I was more impressed with the marinade on the chicken. Their quesadilla used a fresh oaxacan cheese, and was excellent. Tacos and quesadillas are running under $4, and come out quick. This is a great quick stop on the way home, or when heading out to the bars in Fells.

Their salsas on the counters are excellent - so nice to have flavorful sauces!

The owner was also extremely nice. He chatted us up as we waited, and was even nice enough to throw in a free bag of chips - BTW their chips are AMAZING. Don't forget to pick up a kilo of freshly made tortillas ($1.90) on your way out.

Best kept secret Mexican in the city. Probably getting too popular for their own good at this rate; owners could consider expanding beyond their stop-and-eat counters. Barbacoa and carnitas are impeccable and serious. Sauces are on-par with the finest California taco trucks. Fresh tortillas and chips are the best in the city; buy in bulk for you never know when they'll get slammed.

Our office orders from here once per week - everything is good here, especially the chicken tortillas, a kilo of tortillas is under 2 dollars. The fresh pico de gallo is on the hot side and goes great with their homemade chips you can buy. This is one of the best affordable places in Baltimore.
