Best Thai in town, hands down. Serious, unapologetic, unpretentious, authentic flavors. Ask for the real heat, if you dare. Do yourself a favor and ask your waiter for recommendations.

Another unassuming but consistently good Baltimore restaurant. The food is authentic, varied and always delicious, with specials and interesting variations to complement the standard menu. Good service and prices, and a slightly better than average wine list.

Thai Restaurant is a true survivor. This place has been serving great Thai food for decades -- I think my first meal here was in the 1980's! It's a neighborhood landmark, and the food is terrific. I have recently branched out from my ever-favorite panang curry to try the chicken with dried chilis and cashews. It's seriously addictive! (Side note: the owner's son runs Talay Thai in Fells Pt...) Come on over to Greenmount, you won't regret it!
