    I'm always looking for cool t-shirts and Squidfire has some great choices. It just opened in the old Atomic Books space on the Avenue. Their designs are fun and likely to strike up some conversation ("Is that a mole in the ant farm?"). Most shirts are $20 and they use American Apparel. Fun fact - they are the ones...

Their designs are fun and likely to strike up some conversation ("Is that a mole in the ant farm?"). Most shirts are $20 and they use American Apparel. Fun fact - they are the ones behind the 2007 City Paper best of Baltimore cover...the one with the giant squid. Just don't tell them you like calamari...

I stopped by the other day while the owner was working on the store (the former location of Atomic Books in the old bank building). He said he was painting and installing...

    I love Squidfire t-shirts and I'm jazzed they're opening up a retail location in Hampden. It seems the perfect marriage business and location. I stopped by the other day while the owner was working on the store (the former location of Atomic Books in the old bank building). He said he was painting and installing new floors and that the store would most asssuredly be open for business at Hampden Fest. Keep your eyes peeled!
