I had an amazing Italian Wine Dinner at Sotto this past week. Chef Crouse served a meal that made you feel like you were in Italy. From the antipasti, stuffed lamb chops, fresh filet of flounder in a light lemon sauce, polenta with mushrooms and truffle oil..I could go and on..it was fabulous.
