Elegantly upmarket pub. Solid, satisfying menu; good tap selections. Rear patio is lovely for a warm night, if tables manage to clear out a timely manner; the patio is a wonderful space for lingering. Service can be a little curt, if not efficient. A cut above the typical Baltimore pub.

One-Eyed Mike's was one of the best kept secrets in Baltimore. Now that they have thousands of loyal locals as fans the secret is out. The bar is probably best known for being the world's first and only officially sanctioned Grand Marnier club. At the time of this review there are about 1100 members of which I am one. Besides the friendly staff, the thing that keeps me returning is the excellent food at reasonable prices. The menu runs the gamut from tasty appetizers to full blown surf & turf! Tell 'em "Seabiscuit" sent you.

One Eyed Mike's is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore. It's a small place, much like a row home with only the downstairs and small back patio serving as seating areas. The bar is average in size and nothing spectacular. What makes this place so great is two things: Service and Food. First and foremost, all bartenders, waiters and hosts are one in the same; anyone will help you with anything you need and will be extremely nice about it. The staff is very knowledgeable about the entrees they serve including ingredients, preparation, flavor, etc. The food is just as good, if not better. Though dinner can tend to get pricey, their entrees are out of this world. Anything from the Lobster and Filet (Land and Sea) to the delicious Stuffed Mushrooms to Meatloaf to Chicken Pot Pie can be found here and it's all awesome.
After it's all said and done, order yourself a Grand Marnier shot. Afterall, this place is a Grand Marnier bar where you can become a club member and have your own bottle reserved behind the bar for every time you come in. Check it out!

This place is great. First off, it is a great bar with a very friendly staff and fun crowd. They are home of the Grand Marnier club and have the place decorated in hundreds (thousands?) of bottles. The more important part about this place is the food! It is outstanding. I have tried a good bit of the menu and have yet to get a meal I didn't really enjoy. . A few favorites- the pork chop with the stone ground mustard, the meatloaf and Mike's meatball sub. The seafood dishes have been delicious. Check their specials too. They usually have 3-4 options not on the hard menu and they have been quite good as well (I think the pork chop started here!)
If you can stick around for the shot in the dark it is worth the wait. It's another little touch they do that makes you believe this is a place that appreciates it's customers. I'm far from a regular but you feel like one as soon as you spend a little time at the bar.
