Matthew's has my fav. pizza. Deep dish, lots of cheese, good sauce, and best of all you can get it with crab. I know, other places have crab pizza, but here they add grilled onions and old bay with generous amounts of crab and cheese. I paid $13 for what was basically an overgrown personal pizza (it fed two of us dinner, instead of four) that had Pizza Hut pan crust and lacked the mushrooms I both ordered and paid for. I was sorely disappointed, especially given the hype. I would advise Pizza & Wing Factory instead - for the same price you get a room-feeding NY style pizza without teh suck.

The pizza there is a good old reliable pizza. There are two sizes of pizza with the large running about $0.50 more than the other, so why get a small? The largest pizza isn't too big, and should be enough to feed two moderately hungry people. I like the traditional mozerella pie, but if you're feel crazy give the other kinds a try. The sauce is a sweeter tomato, and the meats they use (like the sausage) are of good quality. Their chicken parmesan and meatball subs are also good too.
A tip is to eat there. Matthew's delivers your pizza sandwiched between two paper plates, and if it's a carry out they then wrap these plates in butcher's paper. While a cute/non-traditional way to do things, this forces the pizza to steam itself, making the crust pretty doughy. If you eat there the crust is much less doughy, which for me is a huge positive. Also, sometimes when you eat there they give you free bruschetta, though they haven't done this in a while. Does anybody know if they still do this?
