James Joyce is a great casual dining choice in the high-end neighborhood of Harbor East. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are all knowledgable and very nice. The food is excellent as well, and I hear that the live music is great (although it's not on my side of the harbor, so I have yet to make it over for that.)
