The food is bad, the service worse and the beer is hit-or-miss. I brought my dad in for the first time and my mom later mentioned that I drink my beer warm. I asked her what she meant by this and apparently, my dad's beer was delivered to him warm and he thought this was how it is at DuClaw. Well... it pretty much is.

Persistently flavorless, ill-prepared food, in spite of an audacious, articulate pub menu. Odd, considering the other locations don't seem to have this problem. Still, it's a brewhouse, and the house brews are all understandably popular. Misfit Red is my favorite, but the seasonals always tempt me away. The beer sampler is always a good entrez to their taps.

DuClaw has some pretty good beers, not amazing, but pretty good. I'm always surprised at how good (and cheap!) the food is every time I go though, so I would recommend going there to get a bite to eat.

I have been to Due Claw in fells a number of times. This restaurant is a good place to go to wait for friends or have a few drinks before some other event in Baltimore. Especially popular on July 4th, Due Claw has a nice atmosphere with some great views.
