We took the dog training class, B-More Charming, through Howl and were very pleased. I'd highly recommend clicker training as it focuses on positive reinforcement. We are just finishing our first class and will be heading back for some more advanced classes

And now about the store... While we are usually there after the store is closed, we have 'purchased' many items during the classes, and paid for them before the class on the following week. I think that says a lot about a company that they go out of their way to make sure you are happy before hitting you with the bill. I wish we were closer to the area and we'd head here more often.

The place could use a makeover though, as it isn't the prettiest of stores.

This full-service pet store (complete with B-More Charming School for Dogs, self-serve washing and monthly nail clipping) has the best of HEALTHY animal foods and pet care products at great prices. The salespersons are knowledgeable and friendly and they can get you anything you need! This is the best place to go if you want a healthy, happy pet.
