Accomplished upmarket Tex-Mex, with more emphasis on the latter. Moles are serious. Heat levels can be lacking, so ask if you're in need of a fix. House salsas are largely on-point. Marvellous tequila selection; less so with wine. Decent happy hour deals. Capable service. Cozy enough atmosphere.

this place is amazing. i was looking for a great lunch place to take my mom, and saw that blue agave is now open for lunch thursday-sunday. we got the cheese dip, which was rich but tasty, and then we both got the quesadilla wrap, which turned out to be so delicious. the guacamole is fresh and the trio of salsas are worth the trip alone. for happy hour (until 5pm), you get buy one drink, get one free. i got a mango margarita made with fresh mango puree, and then got another one for free! haven't been here for dinner yet but it's a great spot for lunch at the least. for 2 people, an appetizer, 2 lunches, and 4 margaritas, the bill was $50. you should go here
