Babalu Grill does have great atmosphere and I love their Ropa Vieja..slow cooked, tender meat Cuban style, it's amazing. Their lambchops are also great and their Mojitos wonderful Kyle is the new GM and he has made some great subtle changes to decor and it looks wonderful.
Babalu morphs into a dance club so you can hang around after dinner and dance away your calories! Always a fun place to go with friends..I had my "special" birthday here with a large group and everyone loved it!

Some friends and I stopped at the Babalu Grill for drinks on New Years Eve. It was a great atmosphere, with great music, and the drinks at the bar were fantastic. I haven't tried the food so I can't speak for the menu. However, I would definitely go again for drinks.
